Shoulder Press
The Discovery Strength Plate Loaded Shoulder Press features independent movement arms and converging pushing angles to increase the range of motion of the exercise. Oversized handles spread the load over a larger area of the exerciser’s hand, resulting in a more comfortable workout.
- Designed to demand greater balance and core muscle engagement, the independent arm resistance and converging pushing angles increase the range of motion of the exercise.
- The ratcheting, gas-assisted seat adjustment features an ergonomic, over-moulded rubber adjustment handle, making it easy and comfortable for exercisers to get the right fit.
- Oversized 3.8 cm handles make pressing exercises more comfortable by distributing the load over a larger area of the exerciser’s hand and reducing strain.
